By registering, logging in, or using any part of the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.1. Scope of AgreementThese Terms apply to all users of OurDays, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors.
The Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and ThrillSphere LLC regarding your use of the App and all related services.2. Description of ServicesOurDays provides a shared space for couples to connect, record moments, and interact emotionally.
Features include, but are not limited to:2.1 Daily Moments
Create and share daily photos, videos, messages, moods, and personal records with your partner.2.2 Calendar & Reminders
Create events, anniversaries, plans, and receive notifications and reminder alerts.2.3 Interaction
Engage with your partner through likes, comments, emotional interactions, small tasks, or mini-features designed to strengthen connection.2.4 Profile
Manage personal information, adjust settings, and customize your experience.2.5 Couples Binding & Sync
Invite a partner to form a couple relationship within the App.
Once bound, certain data may be shared between both users, including Moments, events, reminders, and interaction history.We may update, modify, or enhance the App's features at any time.3. Account Registration & Security1. You may be required to register an account or sign in using third-party login methods, such as Apple, Google, or email.
2. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
4. You agree not to share, sell, rent, or transfer your account to any third party.
5. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.4. Couples Binding1. You may send an invitation to another user to form a couple relationship.
2. Once both parties accept the invitation, your accounts will be linked for certain features.
3. After binding, selected content, including Moments, events, reminders, and interactions, may be visible to both parties.
4. You may unbind at any time; however, shared content may still remain accessible depending on App design and data retention rules.5. User Content5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload, including text, images, videos, and other materials.5.2 License to the App
By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display the content solely for the purpose of operating the App.5.3 User Responsibilities
You agree not to upload or share content that:1. Violates any law or third-party rights
2. Contains harmful, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate material
3. Includes sensitive personal information without consent
4. Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code6. Privacy and Data ProtectionWe are committed to protecting your privacy.
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
By using the App, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.7. Prohibited ConductYou agree not to:1. Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
2. Reverse-engineer, modify, or extract code from the App
3. Attempt to access other users' data without permission
4. Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
5. Interfere with the normal operation of the AppViolation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.8. Service Availability and Changes1. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.
2. We reserve the right to introduce new features or remove existing ones.
3. We are not responsible for service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.9. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your account if:1. You violate these Terms
2. You engage in harmful or illegal behavior
3. Required by law or regulatory authoritiesYou may stop using the App at any time.
Termination will not affect rights and obligations that should reasonably continue.10. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:1. The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
2. All features will meet your personal expectations
3. Data loss will never occur, although we strive to protect it11. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law:1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
2. Our total liability for any claims related to the App is limited to the amount you paid, if any12. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of your region or country of residence, unless local law requires otherwise.13. Changes to the TermsWe may update or modify these Terms at any time.
We will notify you of significant changes through in-app messages or other means.
